With a exposed kitchen, Fusion offers us up Pan Asian food, mixed in with some Indian and sushi and middle eastern options. Yes it is Fusion!!! One of it’s best features is the welcoming zatar bread and hummus starter. Also one of the better ‘modern’ restaurants in town. Worth a visit.
