Its goal is to bridge the gap between the cultural wealth of Oaxaca and the social deprivation found there.
The building’s tiny inner courtyard has one of the most striking brick design. Like much of Mexican architecture its strong and graphic lines radiate power.
Be sure to visit the cute gift shop! While a little on the pricey side, they showcase top textile designs and techniques. You also have the benefit of knowing they are ‘from the source’. Purchased direct from the artisans.
