Probably the largest of all green markets in New York City. The Union Square Green Market is a wonderful place to show local. The variety of vendors peddling their fresh foods is a diversity that you can only find in New York! Come early in the day to see New York’s’ Top chefs choosing their ingredients- and buy what they buy to ensure the top quality!!! Yum!
Café-Restaurant Milo (formally the Café-Restaurant Una) is located in one of the original wings of the imperial stables. The vaulted ceilings are covered with a beautifull pattern of oriental tiles designed by by Asiye Kolbai-Kafalier (Vienna). The atmosphere is a bit minimalist and cold (It is Austria!), but it is definitely worth visiting to enjoy the work of architects Anne Lacaton and Jean Philippe Vassal.

Bringing us back to Cartagena’s Carribean roots, the Bazurto Social Club, located in the old-city neighborhood of Getsemani, fills us with the sounds and tastes of the tropical world it inhabits. Bazurto -named after it’s inspiration: the Basurto Market– is a cacophony of beauty and sound. Original murals are splayed across the walls, while the live band kicks out local hit -anything from Reggae to Reggaton -and you are handed a lovely fresh squeezed cocktail. The cuisine is a an array of local recipies to remind you why the people are always so happy. – the later you arrive the more fun it is

The Café Sperl is our favorite coffee haus in Vienna!
Located in the 6th District, Café Sperl first opened in 1880. Its very tall ceilings are tinted with centuries of cigarette smoke, while its immense windows look out on Gumpendorfe strasse and light floats onto the billiard tables.
Entering the building is to travel back in time; Starting with the ceiling, the ferry relief at the entry and all the people of myriads of ages sharing a coffee or a cake, reading the paper, playing bridge or chess .. everyone is passing the day, slowly and quietly. Crystal and brass chandeliers give a warm light to the thornet chairs, velvet booths and Bridge tables.
